基于边缘和角点的医学图像配准研究的中期报告 【摘要】医学图像配准技术在医学影像诊断、手术规划等领域中具有广泛的应用。本文基于边缘和角点提取的方法，研究了一种新的医学图像配准算法。首先，我们将待配准的原始图像进行预处理，并通过边缘检测算法检测图像中的边缘和角点，然后通过特定的匹配算法对两幅图像中的特征点进行匹配，最后通过仿射变换对图像进行配准。实验结果表明，所提出的算法相较于其他方法具有更高的配准精度和更高的鲁棒性，在医学影像配准领域具有较高的应用价值。 【关键词】医学图像；边缘检测；角点；配准 【Abstract】Medical image registration technology has extensive applications in medical imaging diagnosis, surgical planning and other fields.
