PAGE PAGE 9 企业知识产权保护研究——以资阳市陶瓷公司为例 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,尤其是全球金融危机过后，国际贸易的竞争越来越激烈，而知识产权作为国际通行的市场和贸易竞争手段，也越来越成为各国频繁采用的非关税壁垒措施及各国企业现代化管理的新策略。意见指出，近年来，陶瓷产业知识产权侵权假冒行为多发，严重影响产业健康发展，迫切需要加大知识产权保护力度，对陶瓷产业生产流通和市场秩序予以进一步规范。有些产品因涉嫌外观侵权，在国外海关进行了公开销毁，造成了严重后果。面对如此激烈的竞争市场，资阳市陶瓷企业如何打好知识产权保护战，在激烈的竞争中站稳脚步，积极健康向前发展呢？本文通过研究陶瓷企业在知识产权保护方面存在的问题提出了几点解决的对策：通过将知识产权保护策略上升到国家战略高度、政府、企业与高校联手培养专业知识产权人才、建立知识产权长效保护机制等，为资阳市陶瓷企业越来越激烈的市场竞争提供参考。 关键词：企业；财产保护；研究  Abstract With the accelerated process of global economic integration, especially in the wake of the global financial crisis, increasingly fierce competition in international trade, and intellectual property rights as the prevailing international market and trade competition means, also more and more become countries frequently use of non-tariff measures and national enterprise modernization management of the new strategy.
