Writing 如何写建议信 建议信一般采取三段式结构： 首段：针对对方对自己的信任简单地表示感谢，也可以表明自己的意图。 主体段：围绕对方的困惑、烦恼等问题，用委婉的语气提出自己的建议或看法。注 意要充分考虑对方的实际问题，选择适当的语言，切忌措词生硬呆板，也不要泛泛而谈。 末段：表达希望自己的建议能被采纳及对方的问题能够得到解决的愿望 。 [典型句式] ★首段常用的表达： I am writing to share some advice w．ith you Im sorry to hear that you have trouble in...
