大学生口腔保健行为与自我效能感的关系

摘要

本研究旨在通过探讨大学生口腔保健行为与一般自我效能感之间的相互关系，调查在校大学生自身口腔健康现状以及一般自我效能发展现状，通过具体呼吁大学生加强其对口腔保健行为管理的意识来不断提高一般自我效能感，促进大学生自身心理健康和其对社会适应能力。方法：选择江苏省在校大学生300例，回收有效学生问卷262例，采用统计软件SPSS25.0录入数据并同时进行线性数据处理和数值分析，定量值和变量值的总均数比较用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析，变量之间的相关关系采用相关和线性回归分析方法。结果：1.调查对象共262例在校大学生，大学生口腔健康保健行为在不同性别上存在显著的差异(p0.05)，在年龄、专业、家庭月收入上并不存在显著性的差异(p0.05)。2.大学生自我效能感水平在性别和家庭月收入水平上存在显著差异(p0.05)，在年龄、专业上不存在差异(p0.05)。结论：1.的大学生口腔健康影响程度量表总分中等偏高，表明大学生口腔健康状况不理想。2.在校大学生一般自我效能感的得分偏低，表明大学生应对生活事件的信心有待提高。3.两者的关系呈负相关，即大学生口腔健康影响程度的评分得分越高，口腔健康状态越不理想，一般自我效能感越低。

Abstract
