WhenWhitemadehisfirstAtlanticcrossing,hewasdisappointedtohavehispeaceandquietbrokenbyhisarrivalonland.But,hesays,hethrewhimselfintomeetingnewpeople.Inbetweenadventures,helikessailingwithpeoplewhohaventtrieditbeforeorgetinvolvedinyachtraceswithfriends.Perhapsthemainreasonforhissuccessinadjustingtolifeafterabigadventure,hesays,isthathealwayshasanideaforanewoneinhisbackpocket.“Itkeepsmetickingover—theresalwayssomethingnewtodo.Ijustlikechallengesandoneleadstoanother.”
