生大黄联合低剂量复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道的临床效果

【摘要】目的探討生大黄联合低剂量复方聚乙二醇电解质散（PGEP）溶液清洁肠道的效果，观察生大黄在降低费用的同时，是否可以保证肠道清洁度，减少不良反应发生率，是否优于单纯口服PGEP溶液。

方法选取就诊于河北工程大学附属医院进行肠镜检查的患者123例，随机分为A、B两组，A组64例，B组59例，肠道准备方法：A组仅用PGEP，B组用3?g生大黄+低剂量PGEP，比较两组患者肠道清洁度、肠道气泡含量及可视程度、耐受性等评分和不良反应、夜间睡眠情况。

结果两组肠道气泡含量及可视程度评分、不适程度评分、睡眠时长差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。A组全结肠液体评分、渥太华肠道准备量表（OBPS）评分、耐受评分均高于B组（P0.05）。两组患者恶心程度、腹胀程度、夜间苏醒次数比较，A组均多于B组（P0.05）。

结论肠镜检查前使用生大黄联合低剂量PGEP进行肠道准备，可明显提高肠道清洁质量，减少结肠镜检查前的不良反应，提高患者耐受程度，且明显提高患者夜间睡眠的连续性，是一种安全、有效的肠道准备方案。
