建国后我国农地制度变迁问题研究的中期报告
摘要：
本文针对我国建国后农地制度的变迁问题进行中期研究，主要从政策变化、制度创新和社会文化变迁等方面进行分析。
首先分析了新中国成立后的农地改革和土地制度改革政策，以及这些政策在实践中的效果和问题。其中，包括土地改革、农村土地承包制度、农村集体经济组织的发展等。
其次，对于我国农地制度的创新和改革，本文着重分析了农村土地承包经营制度的建立和发展，农村土地流转市场的初步形成以及农业基础设施和农村人居环境建设的改善等。
最后，针对我国农村社会文化的变迁和其对农地制度的影响进行了分析和讨论。本文认为，农村社会文化的变化不仅在理论上促进了农村土地制度的改革，而且也在实践中推动了农村土地制度的创新和进步。
本文的研究结果表明，我国农地制度变迁问题的实质是把土地属于私有、公有和集体的几种形式逐渐转化为土地实现流转功能的三角形制度。需要政府继续完善土地制度，促进农村现代化，保证农民的合法权益和社会稳定。

Abstract:
Thisarticlefocusesonthemid-termstudyofthechangingofChinasagriculturallandsystemafterthefoundingofNewChina,mainlyanalyzingfromtheaspectsofpolicychanges,institutionalinnovations,andsocialandculturalchanges.
Firstly,thisarticleanalyzedthepoliciesofagriculturallandreformandlandsystemreformaftertheestablishmentofNewChina,aswellastheireffectsandproblemsinpractice.Thesepoliciesincludelandreform,rurallandcontractsystem,andthedevelopmentofruralcollectiveeconomicorganizations.
Secondly,fortheinnovationandreformofChinasagriculturallandsystem,thispaperfocusedonanalyzingtheestablishmentanddevelopmentofrurallandcontractmanagementsystem,thepreliminaryformationofrurallandcirculationmarket,andtheimprovementofagriculturalinfrastructureandrurallivingenvironment.
Finally,thisarticleanalyzedanddiscussedthechangesinChinasruralsocialandculturalsystemandtheirimpactontheagriculturallandsystem.Thisarticlebelievesthatthechangesinruralsocialandculturalsystemnotonlypromotedthereformofrurallandsystemtheoretically,butalsopromotedtheinnovationandprogressofrurallandsysteminpractice.
