其次，非正式制度的演变对经济产业结构的调整有所促进。经济开放和市场化程度的提高使得非正式制度发生了变现。非正式制度对社会资本的积累、创新、创业等方面发挥了积极作用，进一步促进了经济产业结构的调整，塑造了地域特色和产业优势。

最后，非正式制度与正式制度之固有联系对非正式制度的演变带来了一定程度的制约。在立法、监管等方面，需要考虑对第三方的政策取向、监管引导等积极作用，也要赋能于市场主体和社会大众以更好地维护市场规则的执行。

Abstract:

ThispaperusesNorthsinstitutionalclassificationasaperspectivetoanalyzetheimpactofinformalinstitutionsoneconomictransformation.Throughliteraturereviewandcaseanalysis,wedrawthefollowingconclusions:

First,informalinstitutionsplayanimportantroleineconomictransformation.Inaneconomicsystem,informalinstitutionsarenotonlyasupplementtomarketrules,butalsothebasisfortheformationandimplementationofmarketrules.Duringtheprocessofeconomictransformation,changesandevolutionofinformalinstitutionshaveanimportantimpactontheestablishmentandimplementationofmarketrules.

Second,theevolutionofinformalinstitutionshaspromotedtheadjustmentoftheeconomicindustrystructure.Theincreaseofeconomicopennessandmarketizationhasmadeinformalinstitutionsmanifestlychanged.Informalinstitutionshaveplayedpositiverolesintheaccumulationofsocialcapital,innovation,entrepreneurship,etc.,furtherpromotingtheadjustmentoftheeconomicindustrystructure,shapingregionalcharacteristicsandindustrialadvantages.

Finally,theinherentconnectionbetweeninformalinstitutionsandformalinstitutionshasbroughtsomerestrictionsontheevolutionofinformalinstitutions.Inlegislation,regulationandotheraspects,positiveeffectsonthepolicyorientationofthirdpartiesandregulatoryguidanceneedtobeconsidered,andmarketplayersandsocietyarealsoempoweredtobettermaintaintheimplementationofmarketrules.
