摘要

随着改革开放进程的不断开展，我们的生活感受到了越来越多的科学技术革新，这些革新也越来越影响我们的生活，尤其是表达在生产工业中。现在人们越来越关注的那么是包装工业。商品外包装的美观大方刺激着人们消费的效果，所以设计的题目是“扭结式糖果包装机设计〞。

设计的根本方案是：在机器上完成双层糖纸裹包；总体布局是双端扭结，间歇式形式作业。与此同时，因为要求要大量生产糖果，故对于包装机来说就要求扭结动作较多，因此采用多工位裹包机。

该扭结式糖果包装机由传送机构、理糖机构、推糖机构、折纸机构、供纸结构、切纸结构、纽结结构、工序盘等几局部组成。机器进行作业时将待包装的硬块糖装进上料局部，然后在传送局部上进行裹包，同时剪纸切纸机构一起工作，最后由打糖杆打下机构。整体是用输送带对完成的包装糖果进行运输。

在设计的过程中，着重设计的是剪纸机构以及纽结结构。

Abstract

Nowadays,withthedevelopmentofsciencetechnology,human’slifeismoreandmoreinfluencedbyhigh-technology,especiallyintheproductionindustry.Today,peoplepaymoreattentiontopackagingindustry.Thebeautyofproductpackagingstimulatestheeffectofpeople’sconsumption.Thetitleofthisdesignis“thedesignofthekinktypecandypackingmachine〞.

Thebasicdesignproposalisfinishingdoublecandypackingonmachine;theoveralllayoutisdoubleendkinkandintermittentformoperation.Atthesametime,becauseofthehugerequirementofcandyproductionbatch,multistationwrappingmachineismoreused.

Thiskinkcandypackingmachineconsistsoftransportmechanism,sugarprocessingmechanism,sugarpushingmechanism,foldingmechanism,paperfeedingmechanism,cuttingmechanism,kinkmechanismandworkingprocedure.Whenmachineoperating,packinglumpsugarwillbeputintofeedingpart,andthenbewrappedinthetransfersection.Papercuttingmechanismworkswithitatthesametime.Finally,themechanismisstruckbysugarbar.

Intheprocessofdesign,thisdesignfocussonpapercuttingmechanismandkinkstructure.
