牙膏自动装盒设备结构设计——装盒系统设计

摘要

牙膏的生产以及后续的包装和运输过程离不开牙膏盒对于牙膏本体的包装，因此牙膏的生产离不开装盒这一生产流程。因此，自动装盒设备就是完成这一生产流程的机械设备，也是提高包装效率，扩大生产规模的必需机械设备。本设计就是利用传送带或者传送链条传送牙膏和包装纸盒，用机械臂或者气缸动力驱动的推板推动牙膏进入纸盒，最后利用刮舌机构和折舌机构完成封盒包装。主要部件是传送带，气缸推动下的推板或者机械臂，以及传感器和PLC或单片机等智能控制系统组成的牙膏装盒设备。主要内容包括：包装盒运输动作、包装盒打开动作、牙膏装填动作和包装盒合盖动作等动作的设计。其余部分包括驱动电机的选择、传送带或传送链板的选择、运动控制机构的选择和设计、各个动作执行部分零部件的设计等工作。本设计研究的牙膏自动装盒设备中的装盒系统设计将要达到的目的是把灌装好的牙膏通过机械设备装进已经设计好的牙膏盒中，并且可以满足薄膜封装和出厂运输、分配和销售的目的。

Abstract

Thetoothpasteproductionandsubsequentpackagingandtransportationprocesscannotbeseparatedfromthepackagingofthetoothpasteboxforthetoothpastebody,sothetoothpasteproductioncannotbeseparatedfromthepackagingproductionprocess.Therefore,theautomaticpackingequipmentisthemechanicalequipmenttocompletethisproductionprocess,anditisalsothenecessarymechanicalequipmenttoimprovethepackagingefficiencyandexpandtheproductionscale.Thedesignistouseconveyorbeltorconveyorchaintotransfertoothpasteandpackagingpaperbox,usemechanicalarmorpushplatedrivenbycylinderpowertopushtoothpasteintothepaperbox,andfinallyusetonguescrapingmechanismandtonguefoldingmechanismtocompleteboxsealingandpackaging.Themaincomponentsaretheconveyorbelt,thepushplateorthemechanicalarmpushedbytheaircylinder,aswellasthetoothpastecartoningequipmentcomposedofsensors,PLCorsingle-chipmicrocomputerandotherintelligentcontrolsystems.Themaincontentsinclude:thedesignoftheactionsofpackingboxtransportation,opening,fillingandclosing.Theotherpartsincludetheselectionofdrivemotor,conveyorbeltorconveyorchainplate,theselectionanddesignofmotioncontrolmechanism,thedesignofpartsofeachactionexecutionpartandsoon.Thepurposeofthedesignofthefillingsysteminthetoothpasteautomaticfillingequipmen
