【摘要】基于国家对铺设电力设施步伐的不断增速，满足现代社会快节奏生产生活中人们对效率的切实追求，将电力工程项目管理

工作和监理工作实行联合渗透，不但可以将双重属性工作的实际效应显著地发挥出来，还可以使得效率问题迎刃而解。论文以电力

工程项目管理与工程监理之间的关系为切入点，结合电力工程项目管理与工程监理融合方面存在的问题，继而对该问题给予相应的

解决之策，希望可以为相关从业人员提供可行参考。

【Abstract】Basedonthecontinuousincreaseofthepaceoflayingpowerfacilitiesinthecountryandthepracticalpursuitofefficiencyby

peopleinthefast-pacedproductionandlifeofmodernsociety,thejointinfiltrationofthemanagementandsupervisionofpowerengineering

projectsiscarriedout,itcannotonlybringintoplaythepracticaleffectofdualattributework,butalsosolvetheproblemofefficiency.This

papertakestherelationshipbetweenpowerengineeringprojectmanagementandengineeringsupervisionasthestartingpoint,combinesthe

problemsexistingintheintegrationofpowerengineeringprojectmanagementandengineeringsupervision,andthengivescorresponding

solutionstotheseproblems,hopingtoprovidefeasiblereferenceforrelevantpractitioners.
