摘要

随着人民生活水平的不管提高以及人们饲养宠物观念的日益普及，宠物的数量飞速增长，预计2025年宠物数量将达到近3亿只，随之流浪动物也越来越多。许多曾经的宠物因为主人的不知情而走丢，或者经主人短暂的宠爱后由于某种原因被永久的遗弃，这些流浪动物由于无家可归，可能会造成交通隐患；长期流浪在外，可能会患上某些疾病，甚至还可能会传播疾病，对人身安全构成危险。社会上虽然采取了很多措施来救助流浪动物，但仍有很多欠缺导致依然存在很多流浪动物。

本系统基于Java语言开发；MVC模式，IDEA平台；MySQL数据库开发。基于Java的流浪猫救济中心App是一款救助流浪猫、寻找失联宠物、倡导以“领养代替购买”的系统。功能可划分为六个模块：实现用户登录注册功能，流浪猫信息管理，领养申请管理，招聘信息管理，应聘申请管理，猫咪类型管理等功能。

ABSTRACT

Withthecontinuousimprovementofpeopleslivingstandardsandtheincreasingpopularityofpetownership,thenumberofpetsisrapidlyincreasing.Itisexpectedthatthenumberofpetswillreachnearly300millionin2017,withanincreasingnumberofstrayanimals.Manyformerpetshavebeenlostduetotheownersignorance,orhavebeenpermanentlyabandonedduetosomereasonafterbeingbrieflypamperedbytheowner.Thesestrayanimalsmaycausetraffichazardsduetotheirhomelessness;Longtermwanderingmayleadtocertaindiseasesandevenspreaddiseases,posingarisktopersonalsafety.Althoughmanymeasureshavebeentakentorescuestrayanimalsinsociety,therearestillmanyshortcomingsthatleadtotheexistenceofmanystrayanimals.

ThissystemisdevelopedbasedonJavalanguage;MVCmode,IDEAplatform;MySQLdatabasedevelopment.TheJavabasedstraycatreliefcenterappisasystemforrescuingstraycats,searchingforlostpets,andadvocatingfortheuseofadoptioninsteadofpurchase.Thefunctioncanbedividedintosixmodules:achievinguserloginandregistrationfunction,straycatinformationmanagement,adoptionapplicationmanagement,recruitmentinformationmanagement,applicationmanagement,cattypemanagement,andotherfunctions.
