ABSTRACT

Theprincipleandfunctionsofthetemperaturecontrolsystembasedon

microcontrollerAT89C51arestudied,andthetemperaturemeasurementunit

consistsofthe1-WirebusdigitaltemperaturesensorDS18B20.Thesystemcan

beexpectedtodetectthepresettemperature,displaytimeandsavemonitoring

data.Analarmwillbegivenbysystemifthetemperatureexceedstheupper

andlowerlimitvalueofthetemperaturewhichcanbesetdiscretionarilyand

thenautomaticcontrolisachieved,thusthetemperatureisachieved

monitoringintelligentlywithinacertainrange.Basingonprincipleofthe

system,itiseasytomakeavarietyofothernon-linearcontrolsystemsso

longasthesoftwaredesignisreasonablychanged.Thesystemhasbeenproved

tobeaccurate,reliableandsatisfiedthroughfieldpractice.

1INTRODUCTION

Temperatureisaveryimportantparameterinhumanlife.Inthemodern

society,temperaturecontrol(TC)isnotonlyusedinindustrialproduction,

butalsowidelyusedinotherfields.Withtheimprovementofthelife

quality,wecanfindtheTCapplianceinhotels,factoriesandhomeaswell.

AndthetrendthatTCwillbetterservethewholesociety,soitisofgreat

significancetomeasureandcontrolthetemperature.BasedontheAT89C51and

temperaturesensorDS18B20,thissystemcontrolstheconditiontemperature

intelligently.Thetemperaturecanbesetdiscretionarilywithinacertain

range.ThesystemcanshowthetimeonLCD,andsavemonitoringdata;and

automaticallycontrolthetemperaturewhentheconditiontemperatureexceeds

theupperandlowerlimitvalue.Bydoingsoitistokeepthetemperature
