AbstractAbstract::Thereportofthe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaproposedtheimplemen‐

tationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy,definingthecountrysideas"aregionalcomplexwithnatural,social

andeconomiccharacteristics,withmultiplefunctionsofproduction,living,ecologyandculture",whichre‐

flectedthediversifiedruralvalue.Ruralvalueisthemeaninggiventoruralobjectsbyhumansubjectsac‐

cordingtotheirneeds,andreflectsthemostessentialattributesthatdistinguishruralareasfromcities.Inthe

processofurbanization,thecognitionofruralvalueisconstantlychangingduetothechangesintheexternal

environmentofurban-ruralrelationshipandtheneedsofthecognitivesubjects.Inthecontextofnewurban‐

ization,itisnecessarytocomprehensivelyre-examineruralvalues,carryoutruralvaluere-cognition,and

guideruralvillagestochooseappropriatepoliciesandcarryouthealthyandeffectiveconstructionpractices.

Basedontheoriginalanddynamicattributesofruralvalue,theresearchre-examinespeople'scognitionof

thecharacteristics,connotationandkeypointsofruralvalueintheprocessofurbanization.Aimingatthe
