基于社会交易理论的企业战略联盟演变机理研究的中期报告
摘要：
本文运用社会交易理论，探讨了企业战略联盟的演变机理。通过对企业战略联盟成立、发展和终止的实证分析，发现其演变过程中存在多种社会交易因素的作用，例如信任、互利性、风险共担、资金流动等。同时也发现，在联盟进程中经常出现的信息不对称、资源依赖等问题也会对联盟的演变产生影响。
本文根据以上实证分析，在社会交易理论的基础上提出了企业战略联盟演变机理的三个阶段模型，即契约性联盟阶段、资源共享联盟阶段和结构优化联盟阶段。通过对不同联盟阶段的特征和演变机制的分析，提出了相应的联盟管理策略建议，使企业在战略联盟进程中能够更好地实现资源共享和风险共担，提高企业的综合竞争力。

Abstract:
Thispaperexplorestheevolutionmechanismofenterprisestrategicalliancesbasedonthesocialtransactiontheory.Throughempiricalanalysisoftheestablishment,development,andterminationofenterprisestrategicalliances,itisfoundthattherearevarioussocialtransactionfactorsinvolvedintheevolutionprocess,suchastrust,reciprocity,risksharing,andcapitalflow.Atthesametime,itisalsofoundthattheproblemofinformationasymmetryandresourcedependence,whichoftenoccurintheallianceprocess,willalsohaveanimpactontheevolutionofthealliance.
Basedontheaboveempiricalanalysis,thispaperproposesathree-stagemodeloftheevolutionmechanismofenterprisestrategicalliancesbasedonthesocialtransactiontheory,namelythecontractualalliancestage,theresourcesharingalliancestage,andthestructuraloptimizationalliancestage.Throughtheanalysisofthecharacteristicsofdifferentalliancestagesandthemechanismofevolution,thispaperproposescorrespondingalliancemanagementstrategyrecommendations,sothatenterprisescanbetterachieveresourcesharingandrisksharinginthestrategicallianceprocessandimprovetheiroverallcompetitiveness.
