摘要：随着城市化进程的加速和人口的快速增长，城市社区治安问题日益突出，成为制约城市发展和居民生活质量的重要因素。本论文首先对城市社区治安防控体系进行了概述，包括城市社区治安的特点、治安防控体系的构建原则和方法。然后分析了当前城市社区治安防控体系建设的现状，包括治安监控体系建设、社区警务网格化建设、社会治安力量整合和预防性治安工作推进。接着指出了存在的问题，涉及技术应用与隐私保护、社区参与度不足、资源分配不均和法律伦理挑战。最后提出了完善城市社区治安防控体系建设的对策，包括加强技术应用监管、提升社区居民参与度、优化资源配置和建立法律法规与伦理规范框架。通过这些措施，旨在促进城市社区治安的持续改善与提升。

Abstract:Withtheaccelerationofurbanizationandrapidpopulationgrowth,urbancommunitysecurityissueshavebecomeincreasinglyprominent,becominganimportantfactorrestrictingurbandevelopmentandthequalityoflifeofresidents.Thispaperfirstprovidesanoverviewoftheurbancommunitysecuritypreventionandcontrolsystem,includingthecharacteristicsofurbancommunitysecurity,theprinciplesandmethodsofconstructingthesecuritypreventionandcontrolsystem.Then,thecurrentsituationoftheconstructionoftheurbancommunitysecurityandpreventionsystemwasanalyzed,includingtheconstructionofthesecuritymonitoringsystem,thegridconstructionofcommunitypolicing,theintegrationofsocialsecurityforces,andthepromotionofpreventivesecuritywork.Subsequently,theexistingproblemswerepointedout,includingtechnologyapplicationandprivacyprotection,insufficientcommunityparticipation,unevenresourceallocation,andlegalandethicalchallenges.Finally,measureswereproposedtoimprovetheconstructionoftheurbancommunitypublicsecuritypreventionandcontrolsystem,includingstrengtheningtechnicalapplicationsupervision,enhancingcommunityresidentparticipation,optimizingresourceallocation,andestablishingalegal,regulatory,andethicalframework.Throughthesemeasures,theaimistopromotethecontinuousimprovementandenhancementofurbancommunitysecurity.
