GitHubwelcomestheNationalTelecommunicationsandInformationAdministration(NTIA)consultationonwidelyavailablemodelweightsasanimportantsteptogatherdiverseperspectivesandempiricalevidencetoinformtheimplementationofExecutiveOrder14110onSafe,Secure,andTrustworthyDevelopmentandUseofArtificialIntelligence.Thisconsultationcansupportthecollectionofinformationtoday,andthecreationofaframeworkforfutureassessment,todeterminewhetherpolicymeasuresmaybeneeded.
