摘要

具有气体余量预警功能的焊接系统，包括连接在一起的焊机和气瓶，所述焊机连接有焊枪，所述气瓶上设置有减压阀，还包括处理器和气压传感器，所述气压传感器安装在所述气瓶和所述减压阀之间，所述气压传感器与所述处理器连接。实现通过具有气体余量预警功能的焊接系统自动监控气体余量并及时进行余量提醒，以提高焊接质量。

目的在于通过对焊机气体余量预警控制系统进行研究和设计，以期对提高大学生的自我学习能力，并且培养和锻炼学生的实践研发能力。
