沃尔沃S90轿车转向系统设计

摘要

近几年，家用轿车在我国的发展取得了不错的进步。沃尔沃坚持以安全为本，特别是在被吉利收购后，其销量不断增加。本次设计通过沃尔沃S90轿车车型的总体数据作为参考，对转向系统进行研究设计。转向系统是驾驶员控制汽车的直接控制部件，是汽车的主要系统之一。本次设计在满足主要技术参数并考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素下进行转向系统整体结构方案设计并通过技术经济评价对设计方案的可行性进行研究；根据设计标准，确定转向系统的主要设计参数和工艺参数，改进转向系统选用材料；能够与其它组成部分协调工作，进行转向系统的设计和计算，并能用技术经济方法评价设计的合理性；

ABSTRACT

Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentoffamilycarhasmadegoodprogressinourcountry.Volvoinsistsonsafety,especiallyasitssaleshaveincreasedsinceitwasacquiredbyGeely.ThisdesignthroughtheVolvoS90carmodeloftheoveralldataasareference,thesteeringsystemresearchdesign.Steeringsystemisoneofthemainsystemsoftheautomobile,whichisthedirectcontrolpartofthedriver.Thisdesignmeetsthemaintechnicalparametersandconsidersthesocial,health,safety,legal,culturalandenvironmentalfactorsundertheoverallstructureofthesteeringsystemdesignandthroughthetechnicalandeconomicevaluationofthefeasibilityofthedesignschemeresearch;Accordingtothedesignstandard,determinethemaindesignparametersandprocessparametersofthesteeringsystem,improvetheselectionofmaterialsofthesteeringsystem;Beabletoworkincoordinationwithothercomponents,designandcalculatethesteeringsystem,andevaluatetherationalityofthedesignbytechnicalandeconomicmethods;
