摘要

本课题组设计是一个综合性的建筑施工组织设计与施工图预算价格计算，该建筑位于凤翔路与天然桥路交叉口东北隅角空地，为钢筋混凝土框架结构。该工程项目处于建设阶段。上面8层，地下1层，设计包括两部分，即施工组织设计，以及预算编制价格。

在本次毕业设计中刚开始的时候，就是先算出一层的该工程的工程量，具体包括土石方工程、脚手架工程、钢筋混凝土工程、模板工程，再使用广联达钢筋算量软件和广联达土建算量软件，建造模型电算该工程项目全部工程量，再用博奥清单套定额计价，然后就紧跟着做施工组织设计，以确保该工程能够在计划工期内完成。创新之处在于，运用了BIM软件进行了三维场地布置。

通过这几个月漫长的毕业设计，我对施工组织设计及施工图预算价编制有了更加深入的认识和了解，为今后涉足这个行业打下了坚实的基础。

Theresearchgroupistheconstructionorganizationdesignisacomprehensivedesignandconstructiondrawingbudgetpricesystem,thebuildingislocatedinFengxiangroadandroadintersectionNortheastnaturalbridgecornerspacereinforcedconcreteframestructure.Theprojectisnotrepaired,intheconstructionphaseofthe.8layerisabove8floorsand1undergroundfloors,includingdesignthetwopartistheconstructionorganizationdesign,abudgetprice.

Inthegraduationdesigninthebeginning,isthefirsttocalculatethelayersoftheengineeringquantity,includingearthwork,scaffoldingengineering,concreteengineering,templateengineering,andthenusethereinforcedglodoncounttheamountofsoftwareandcivilglodoncounttheamountofsoftware,buildthemodelofthecomputerizationprojectallengineeringquantitythen,theboaolistsetofquotavaluation,thenfollowedbydoingtheconstructionorganizationdesign,toensurethattheprojectcanbecompletedatthattime.TheinnovationliesintheuseofBIMsoftwarefor3Dspacelayout.
