2010年5月份月度检查过程中发现某队司钻操作房内存在私自改装井场防爆电气设施的现象，并且布线紊乱，存在较大的安全隐患。InamonthlyinspectioninMay2010,someunauthorizedmodificationsoftheexplosion-proofelectricepuipmentsforwellsitewithwiredisorderwasfoundinoneteam’sdrillerhouse.Thatmaycauseserioussecurityproblem.私自改装防爆接线盒，线头出口位置不对未上压紧螺栓走线紊乱防爆接线盒安装方式不正确电缆接头处理不当走线紊乱原因分析

2、擅自在接线盒盖板上开孔，达不到防爆要求；Drillingonthejunctionboxcoverithoutauthorization,whichwasfarshortofwhatisrequiredforexplosionprotection.3、岗位人员责任心不强，盖板上少压紧螺栓，线路布置紊乱；Theoperatingworkerwaslackofsenseofresponsibility,endedhisworkwithouthold-downboltsoncoverandleavethesitewithlinelayoutdisorder;
