幼儿园课题研究存在的问题及对策

摘要：伴随着基础教育课程改革的推进，越来越多的幼儿园意识到了课题研究

的重要性，各地悄然兴起一股课题研究的热潮。幼儿园课题研究在具有独特价值

的同时，还存在：选题目的不明确、课题研究不重视过程、教师参与教研的积极

性不高并导致教研气氛沉闷、管理者（园长）言行不一致、教研工作形式化，成

果短效等问题。为使幼儿园课题研究健康发展提出：明确课题目标，增强课题意

识、重视课题选择，落实课题研究的过程、加强教师专业培训，提升教师综合素

养、要营造良好的研究氛围、提高幼儿园教研组织者（园长）的引领能力、让教

师成为教研活动的主体等对策，以促进幼儿园能够真正有效搞好幼儿园课题研究。

Abstract:Alongwiththebasiceducationcurriculumreforms,moreandmoreawareof

research.Kindergartenresearchhasauniquevalueinthereatthesametimethe

purposeisnotclear,donotattachimportancetotheprocessoftheenthusiasmof
