摘要

全球速卖通跨境电商平台是通过互联网技术，让中国的商家与海外的买家进行交易和结算并通过跨国物流及异地的仓储完成商品的配送，从而完成在线外贸交易的平台。近年来，我国的许多学者围绕这一主题的研究成果甚丰，但是距离跨境电子商务成熟的发展还有一定的距离，特别是从电商平台角度分析还有许多的问题值得研究和探讨。

本文集中阐述了速卖通电子商务平台的概念，围绕电子商务平台的发展进行了相应的分析，剖析了该平台的消费情况和运作模式。

本文系运用文献分析的方法进行的专题分析。全文主要分为3个部分：首先，是讨论了速卖通平台发展的背景及意义，其次是提出了平台发展存在的问题，最后围绕问题提出相应的解决对策。

本文主要创新体现在结合当前国际贸易形势，针对速卖通存在的问题，为其发展提出了一些建议，并为其他B2C平台提供一些借鉴。

ABSTRACT

TheAliExpresscross-bordere-commerceplatformisaplatformthatallowsChinesemerchantstoconducttransactionsandsettlementswithoverseasbuyersandcompletethedistributionofgoodsthroughtransnationallogisticsandoff-sitewarehousingthroughinternettechnology,thuscompletingonlineforeigntradetransactions.Inrecentyears,manyscholarsinChinahavemadealotofresearchonthistopic,butthereisstillacertaindistancefromthematuredevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerce.Especiallyfromtheperspectiveofe-commerceplatforms,therearestillmanyproblemsworthstudyinganddiscussing.

ThisarticlefocusesontheconceptofAliExpresse-commerceplatform,analyzesthedevelopmentofe-commerceplatform,andanalyzestheconsumptionsituationandoperationmodeoftheplatform.

Thisarticleisathematicanalysisusingliteratureanalysis.Thefulltextismainlydividedintothreeparts:first,itdiscussesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthedevelopmentofAliExpressplatform,secondly,itraisestheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentoftheplatform,andfinallyproposescorrespondingsolutionstotheproblems.

Themaininnovationofthisarticleisreflectedinthecurrentinternationaltradesituation,inviewoftheproblemswithAliExpress,somesuggestionsforitsdevelopment,andprovidesomereferenceforotherB2Cplatforms.
