摘要

基于互联网+和物联网等信息技术的跨越式发展，电子商务在其推动下呈现井喷式发展态势，作为一种新经济形态，电子商务在推动我国经济发展、提供就业岗位、加快数字化经济建设等方面做出了重要贡献。物流在电子商务的世界中扮演着重要的角色，物流与电商相互影响。没有电子商务，就没有物流业的发展平台；没有物流业的发展，电子商务的前行将处处掣肘。研究互联网时代电商企业的物流模式，对促进现阶段我国电子商务的发展，加快物流企业的模式升级，具有一定的现实意义。

文章从物流管理及物流经济学的理论知识出发，以互联网时代电商物流模式为研究对象，并以京东的电商物流作为案例分析，对我国互联网时代电商企业物流配送的现状与问题进行了系统分析，探索提出了五个方面的策略促进电商物流模式的优化：加强电商物流的风险防控；加快并完善基础设施建设；实行电商物流“最后一公里”策略；大力培养多层次的专业人才；完善电商物流的法制建设。
