    CopilotEndUserLicenseAgreement

    Thisagreementshallsupersedeanypreviousagreement.

    TheContents(“Contents”)including,files,audiofiles,helpfiles,softwareanddata

    filescontainedwithintheCollection(“Collection”)viaDVD,CD,orDownloadareproprietary

    andcopyrighted.ThiscopyrightisprotectedunderU.S.andInternationalcopyrightlaw.

    FinalImage,IncthroughCopilotownandreserves,exceptforthose

    specificallygrantedbythelicenseagreementbelow.

    ENDUSERLICENSEAGREEMENT

    Thisisanon-exclusive,non-transferablelicenseagreement(“Agreement”)betweenyouand

    FinalImageInc.throughCopilot.Pleasereadthisagreementcarefullybeforeusingor

    installingtheproduct.Ifyouchoosenottoacceptthisagreement,youmustreturnthe

    productunused.ByusinganypartoftheContents,youareagreeingtothefollowingterms.

    1.TheContentsmayonlybeusedonone(1)workstationandone(1)al

    computersuchasalaptop.Thisappliesonlyifthesystemsareusedbythesame

    andnotmultipleusers.

    2.TheContentsmaybeused,changedandincorporateintoyourderivativeworksuch

    asbroadcastevision,commercials,fi,trailersandfinishedworks.However,the

    contentsmaynotberedistributedintostockfootage,stockdesigns,andtemtes

    orreproducedasanimatedbackgroundoreditablemediafiles.

    3.TheContentsmaynotbeusedwithinaproductioninvolvingthepromotionoractivity

    ofillegalaffairs.

    4.TheContentsmaynotbetransferredtoathirdpartythrougworkedcomputers

    orothermethods.Howeverafinishedlockededitmaybetransferredtoafinishing
