摘要

在现代企事业单位中，信息管理工作正发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业信息管理工作已经渗透到企业日常工作的许多方面，无论是其自身还是所发挥的作用，都为企业的创新、发展以及经济效益，做出了显著的贡献。因此，企业必须加强自身的信息基础设施建设，通过企业基础数据的信息化、企业基本业务流程和事务处理的信息化、企业内部控制及实施控制过程的信息化、人的行为规范管理等企业基础管理信息化工程，确保企业在规模不断扩大和业务迅速发展的过程中保持坚实的管理基础和繁殖内核，促进企业的可持续发展。在对企业管理的各个方面进行调查后，我写下了这篇论文。

本次毕业设计使用MicrosoftVisualStudio.NET2008作为软件系统开发工具，SQLSERVER2008作为数据库开发工具，运用软件工程的理论和思想，经分析、设计、实现和测试等步骤，开发出一个适用于医院的人事管理系统，实现人事部门对人事档案的，排班、考评测评的管理以及员工对工资等信息查询的功能。

Abstract

Inthemodernenterprises,informationmanagementisplayinganincreasinglyimportantrole.Enterpriseinformationmanagementhaspenetratedintomanyaspectsoftheenterprisedailywork,whethertheirownorrole,fortheinnovationanddevelopmentoftheenterpriseandeconomicbenefits,hasmadeasignificantcontribution.Therefore,theenterprisemuststrengthenitsinformationinfrastructureconstruction,throughtheenterprisebasicdataofinformatization,enterpriseinformatizationofbasicbusinessprocessesandtransactions,informatizationofenterpriseinternalcontrolandtheimplementationofcontrolprocess,peoplesbehaviorstandardmanagementcompaniessuchasbasicmanagementinformatizationproject,toensurethatenterprisesrapidlyexpandinginscaleandbusinessdevelopmentintheprocessofmaintainsolidmanagementfoundationandreproducingkernel,promoteenterprisessustainabledevelopment.Afterinvestigatingallaspectsofbusinessmanagement,Iwrotethispaper.
