摘要

随着房地产业的发展和室内装饰设计的推广，很多的房地产开发商将现代的室内装饰设计融入到销售领域中去，其中房地产项目所在的售楼处成为了地产商在展销、洽谈中的重要场所，同时也是签约合同的必要区域。房地产开发商对楼盘的营销同时也需要通过售楼处室内设计来促进。针对当前的这种情况，本文将售楼处办公空间室内设计作为主要的研究对象，对其空间的设计进行了分析，并对未来的发展与创新模式进行了研究。

然而，目前我国对售楼处室内设计的理论研究相对较少，尽管近年来设计作品也越来越多。本文以房地产业的发展为主要背景，对目前售楼处的现状和存在的问题进行了分析与梳理，总结了售楼处的现状和问题，主要内容有设计思路、建造类型、室内功能区布局等，并对室内设计中的照明、色彩、材质、软装饰、绿化标识等方面进行了详细的分析。在上述的研究的基础上，本文对售楼处的改造和后期更新进行了研究。最后，结合室内设计方案、设计要求和空间创意，对设计中涉及的项目进行了详细的分析，提出了自己的建议。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentoftherealestateindustryandthepromotionofinteriordecorationdesign,therealestatedevelopersapplyinteriordesigntothesalesfield.Thesalesshopwithrealestatebusinesshasbecomeanimportantplaceforrealestatedeveloperstoshowandnegotiate,andalsoanecessaryplaceforsigningcontracts.Theoperationmodeoftherealestatesellersalsoneedstobecarriedoutthroughtheinteriordesignofthesalesoffice.Inviewofthissituation,thispapertakestheinteriordesignofthesalesofficeasthemainresearchobject,analyzestheinteriordesign,andstudiesthefuturedevelopmentandrenewalmode.

However,atpresent,therearerelativelyfewtheoreticalresearchesontheinteriordesignofthesalesofficeinChina,althoughtherearemoreandmoredesignworksinrecentyears.Basedonthedevelopmentbackgroundofrealestateindustry,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandproblemsofthesalesoffice,andsummarizesthecurrentsituationandproblemsofthesalesoffice.layoutofindoorfunctionalareas,andmakesadetailedanalysisofthelighting,color,materialquality,softdecoration,greenlogoandotheraspectsoftheinteriordesign.Onthebasisoftheaboveresearch,thispaperstudiestherenovationandlaterrenewalofthesalesoffice.Finally,combinedwiththeinteriordesignscheme,designrequirementsandspacecreativity,thepapermakesadetailedanalysisoftheprojectsinvolvedinthedesignandputsforwarditsownsug
