摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展，企业的生存和发展更为艰难，市场竞争也愈演愈烈，以至于企业在进行各种希望能够促进企业经济效益提升的财务行为时，面临着较大的财务风险。企业需要以充分认识和把握风险为前提，不断调整自身的经营策略，以防止和避免意外损失，使企业在竞争中持续发展。
本文以财务风险为研究对象，以财务安全为目标进行研究。首先从选题背景、国内国外研究现状、研究意义以及研究方法开始介绍，然后概述了财务风险的含义及特征、对象与目标，再从筹资环节、投资环节、资金运营环节、利润分配环节四个环节介绍财务风险的表现。接着简单介绍了企业的基本情况以及所存在的财务风险，结合企业的实际情况以及所处的宏观环境，从内外部认真分析企业财务风险的成因。最后针对企业财务风险的各个不同的成因，探讨出其相应的防范措施。

Abstract
WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofChinaseconomy,thesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprisesismoredifficult,andthemarketcompetitionisbecomingincreasinglyfierce.Asaresult,enterprisesarefacedwithgreaterfinancialriskswhentheyengageinvariousfinancialbehaviorsthathopetopromotetheeconomicbenefitsofenterprises.Enterprisesneedtofullyunderstandandgrasptheriskasthepremise,andconstantlyadjusttheirownbusinessstrategiestopreventandavoidunexpectedlosses,sothatenterprisescancontinuetodevelopinthecompetition.
Thispapertakesfinancialriskastheresearchobjectandfinancialsecurityasthetarget.Firstofall,itintroducesthebackgroundofthetopic,researchstatus,significanceandresearchmethodsathomeandabroad,thensummarizesthemeaning,characteristics,objectsandobjectivesoffinancialrisk,andthenintroducestheperformanceoffinancialriskfromfouraspects:financing,investment,capitaloperationandprofitdistribution.Thenitbrieflyintroducesthebasicsituationoftheenterpriseandtheexistingfinancialrisks.Combinedwiththeactualsituationoftheenterpriseandthemacroenvironment,itcarefullyanalyzesthecausesofthefinancialrisksfromtheinternalandexternal.Finally,accordingtothedifferentcausesoffinancialrisk,thecorrespondingpreventivemeasuresarediscussed.
