CarRentalAgreement
ThisCarRentalAgreement(Agreement)isenteredintoon[date]betweentherenter[name](Renter)andtherentalcompany[name](Company).ThisAgreementsetsforththetermsandconditionsunderwhichtheCompanyrentsavehicletotheRenter.
1.RentalVehicle:TheCompanyagreestorenttotheRenterthevehicledescribedas[make,model,year,color,licenseplatenumber]fortherentalperiodspecifiedinSection2.
2.RentalPeriod:Therentalperiodshallbeginon[startdate]at[starttime]andendon[enddate]at[endtime].Anyextensionoftherentalperiodmustbeagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.
3.RentalFees:TheRenteragreestopaytheCompanytherentalfeesof$[amount]fortherentalperiod.TheRenteralsoagreestopayasecuritydepositof$[amount],whichwillberefundeduponreturnofthevehicleinthesameconditionaswhenrented,normalwearandtearexcepted.
4.UseofVehicle:TheRenteragreestousethevehiclesolelyforpersonaluseandnotforanycommercialpurposes.TheRentershalloperatethevehicleinasafeandresponsiblemannerandcomplywithalltrafficlawsandregulations.
5.Insurance:TheCompanyprovidesbasicinsurancecoverageforthevehicle.TheRentermaychoosetopurchaseadditionalinsurancecoverageattheirowncost.TheRenterisresponsibleforanydamagetothevehiclenotcoveredbyinsurance.
6.MaintenanceandRepairs:TheRenteragreestomaintainthevehicleingoodoperatingconditionandpromptlynotifytheCompanyofanymechanicalissuesorneededrepairs.TheCompanyshallreimbursetheRenterforanyapprovedrepairsmadeduringtherentalperiod.
7.ReturnofVehicle:TheRenteragreestoreturnthevehicletotheCompanyatthespecifieddateandtimeinthesameconditionaswhenrented,normalwearandtearexcepted.Failuretoreturnthevehicleontimemayresultinadditionalrentalfees.
