中小企业薪酬激励制度优化研究
——以海底捞公司为例
摘要
随着社会经济的发展，中小企业如雨后春笋般涌现。在激烈的市场竞争中，企业之间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争。对于企业而言，人才作为中小企业的核心竞争力，必须采用合理的手段留住人才，为企业长足发展奠定基础。为留住人才必须对企业的薪酬制度进行优化，形成有效的薪酬激励措施，避免优秀人才的流失。本文以海底捞公司为案例，针对海底捞的薪酬体系进行全面分析，通过剖析海底捞薪酬制度现状、变化过程，对海底捞公司员工进行薪酬调查，深入了解海底捞的薪酬管理体系，找到其薪酬激励制度中存在的问题，提出具有针对性的优化措施和方法，妥善处理员工与薪酬激励制度之间的关系。通过本文的分析以期为同类型行业或企业提供指导和借鉴。

Abstract
Withthedevelopmentofsocialeconomy,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesspringuplikebambooshootsafteraspringrain.Inthefiercemarketcompetition,thecompetitionbetweenenterprisesisactuallythecompetitionoftalents.Forenterprises,talents,asthecorecompetitivenessofSMES,mustadoptreasonablemeanstoretaintalentsandlayafoundationforthelong-termdevelopmentofenterprises.Inordertoretaintalents,theenterprisessalarysystemmustbeoptimizedtoformeffectivesalaryincentivemeasurestoavoidthelossofexcellenttalents.BasedonHaiDiLaoHotpotcompanyasacase,inviewofthecompensationsystemtoconductacomprehensiveanalysisofHaiDiLaoHotpot,throughanalyzetheHaiDiLaoHotpotcompensationsystempresentsituation,thechangeprocess,topayHaiDiLaoHotpotsurvey,adeepunderstandingofthecompensationmanagementsystemofHaiDiLaoHotpot,findtheproblemsexistinginthecompensationincentivesystem,putforwardtheoptimizationoftargetedmeasuresandmethods,properlyhandletherelationshipbetweenthestaffandthecompensationincentivesystem.Throughtheanalysisofthispaperinordertoprovideguidanceandreferenceforthesametypeofindustryorenterprises.
