广东省医药企业专利保险需求与发展建议
【摘要】医药产业在广东省的经济发展中产生的效益不断增加，医药市场上日益激烈的专利竞争引起了社会对专利保险的重视。广东省政府在推进专利保险试点工作的过程中，时常面临着专利保险“叫好不叫座”的问题，影响了我省医药企业的专利保险需求。
本文试图在现有专利保险理论和实证研究的基础上，厘清制约广东省医药企业专利保险需求问题的关键。在理清专利保险发展脉络的同时，从我省内各地区专利发展实际作为出发点，通过比较国内外各国家或地区的医药企业专利保险发展的轮廓，为扩大广东省医药企业专利保险市场需求提供科学可行的对策建议。

[Abstract]ThebenefitsofthepharmaceuticalindustryintheeconomicdevelopmentofGuangdongProvinceareincreasing.Theincreasinglyfiercepatentcompetitioninthepharmaceuticalmarkethasattractedtheattentionofthesocietytopatentinsurance.Intheprocessofpromotingthepilotworkofpatentinsurance,Guangdongprovincialgovernmentisoftenfacedwiththeproblemofgoodorbadpatentinsurance,whichaffectsthepatentinsurancedemandofpharmaceuticalenterprisesinGuangdongProvince.
Basedontheexistingpatentinsurancetheoryandempiricalresearch,thispaperattemptstoclarifythekeyfactorsthatrestrictthepatentinsurancedemandofpharmaceuticalenterprisesinGuangdongProvince.Atthesametimeofclarifyingthedevelopmentcontextofpatentinsurance,fromtherealityofpatentdevelopmentinvariousregionsofourprovinceasthestartingpoint,bycomparingthedevelopmentoutlineofpatentinsuranceofpharmaceuticalenterprisesinvariouscountriesorregionsathomeandabroad,wecanprovidescientificandfeasiblecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforexpandingthemarketdemandofpatentinsuranceofpharmaceuticalenterprisesinGuangdongProvince.
