[摘要]随着我国经济的不断发展，各行各业之间的竞争压力越来越大。广东扬山联合精密制造股份有限公司（以下简称“扬山联合”）作为国内领先的精密制造企业，其营运能力直接关系到公司的市场竞争力和持续发展能力。本摘要旨在对扬山联合的营运能力进行全面分析，以便为公司管理层及投资者提供决策参考。选取了反映公司营运能力的主要周转率——应收账款周转率、存货周转率、流动资产周转率和总资产周转率，与同类型公司对比，探讨企业在运营过程中遇到的问题并根据问题制定出一些解决措施。本文主要针对广东杨山联合精密制造股份有限公司进行分析，有一定的局限性，但仍然可以给同行业带来一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofChinaseconomy,thecompetitivepressurebetweenallwalksoflifeisincreasing.GuangdongYangshanUnitedPrecisionManufacturingCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoasYangshanUnited),asaleadingprecisionmanufacturingenterpriseinChina,itsoperatingabilityisdirectlyrelatedtothecompanysmarketcompetitivenessandsustainabledevelopmentability.ThepurposeofthissummaryistoconductacomprehensiveanalysisofYangshanUnitedsoperatingcapabilitiesinordertoprovidedecision-makingreferenceforthecompanysmanagementandinvestors.Themainturnoverratesthatreflectthecompanysoperatingcapacity-accountsreceivableturnoverrate,inventoryturnoverrate,currentassetturnoverrateandtotalassetturnoverrateareselected,andcomparedwithsimilartypesofcompanies,theproblemsencounteredbyenterprisesintheoperationprocessarediscussedandsomesolutionsareformulatedaccordingtotheproblems.ThispapermainlyanalyzesGuangdongYangshanUnitedPrecisionManufacturingCo.,Ltd.,whichhascertainlimitations,butcanstillbringcertainreferencesignificancetothesameindustry.
