摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧，老年人健康问题日益凸显，而信息技术的发展也为老年人健康管理提供了新的手段与思路。信息素养是指在信息时代，人们获取、利用、管理信息的能力，老年人健康信息素养的提升对于提高老年人生活质量、延长健康寿命具有积极的作用，乡镇老年人健康信息素养的现状及提升策略是当前亟待探索的问题，伊川县葛寨镇是一个典型的乡镇，老年人口比例较高，是研究乡镇老年人健康信息素养现状及提升策略的理想案例。
本研究旨在通过调查分析伊川县葛寨镇老年人健康信息素养现状，例如老年人健康知识获取、健康信息管理、健康信息利用等方面，探究影响老年人健康信息素养的因素，包括教育程度、社会支持、健康意识等，并得出对老年人健康信息素养的主要影响因素，为老年人健康信息素养的研究提供新的案例和思路。

Abstract
WiththecontinuousaggravationofChinaspopulationaging,thehealthissuesoftheelderlyarebecomingincreasinglyprominent.Meanwhile,thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyhasalsoprovidednewmeansandideasforthehealthmanagementoftheelderly.Informationliteracyreferstotheabilityofpeopletoacquire,utilize,andmanageinformationintheinformationera.Theimprovementofhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderlyhasapositiveeffectonimprovingtheirqualityoflifeandprolongingtheirhealthylifespan.Thecurrentsituationandpromotionstrategiesofhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderlyinruraltownsareurgentissuestobeexplored.GezhaiTowninYichuanCountyisatypicalruraltownwithahighproportionoftheelderlypopulation,makingitanidealcaseforstudyingthecurrentsituationandpromotionstrategiesofhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderlyinruraltowns.
ThisstudyaimstoinvestigateandanalyzethecurrentsituationofhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderlyinGezhaiTown,YichuanCounty,suchastheiraccesstohealthknowledge,managementofhealthinformation,andutilizationofhealthinformation.Italsoexploresthefactorsthatinfluencethehealthinformationliteracyoftheelderly,includingeducationlevel,socialsupport,healthawareness,etc.Themaininfluencingfactorsofhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderlywillbeidentified,providingnewcasesandideasfortheresearchonhealthinformationliteracyamongtheelderly.
