摘要

本文旨在探讨临泽县农村养老保险存在的问题及其对策。通过对临泽县农村人口结构与社会经济状况的分析，发现当前农村养老保险普及率低，资金筹措困难，管理体制不完善，服务水平不高等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的对策，加强宣传与教育，提高农民对养老保险的认知度和参保意识，多元化资金筹措渠道，包括政府补贴、社会资本参与、商业保险合作等，以缓解资金压力，完善管理体制，建立统一的管理机构，优化服务流程，加强信息化建设，提升管理效能，提升服务水平，加强服务人员培训，建立健全服务评价和反馈机制，确保农民享受到优质、高效的养老保险服务，这些对策的实施，将有助于推动临泽县农村养老保险事业的健康发展，为农民提供更好的养老保障。

Abstract

ThisarticleaimstoexploretheproblemsandcountermeasuresofruralpensioninsuranceinLinzeCounty.Throughtheanalysisoftheruralpopulationstructureandsocio-economicsituationinLinzeCounty,itisfoundthatthecurrentruralpensioninsurancepenetrationrateislow,fundingisdifficult,themanagementsystemisnotperfect,andtheservicelevelisnothigh.Inresponsetotheseissues,thisarticleproposescorrespondingcountermeasures,suchasstrengtheningpublicityandeducation,improvingfarmersawarenessandparticipationinpensioninsurance,diversifyingfundingchannels,includinggovernmentsubsidies,socialcapitalparticipation,commercialinsurancecooperation,etc.,toalleviatefinancialpressure,improvemanagementsystem,establishunifiedmanagementinstitutions,optimizeserviceprocesses,strengtheninformationconstruction,improvemanagementefficiency,enhanceservicelevel,strengthenservicepersonneltraining,establishandimproveserviceevaluationandfeedbackmechanisms,andensurethatfarmersenjoyhigh-qualityandefficientpensioninsuranceservices.TheimplementationofthesecountermeasureswillhelppromotethehealthydevelopmentofruralpensioninsuranceinLinzeCountyandprovidebetterpensionsecurityforfarmers.
