农产品供应链组织间知识共享演化博弈研究

摘要

本研究旨在探讨农产品供应链中组织间知识共享的演化博弈机制，并运用实证分析法深入分析了知识共享对供应链效率的影响。通过构建经济模型，我们分析了知识共享的成本、收益以及信任和知识产权保护等因素对供应链组织决策的影响。实证结果表明，知识共享水平与组织收益正相关，而知识共享成本与知识共享水平负相关。此外，信任水平和知识产权保护强度的提高均能显著促进知识共享。基于研究结果，我们提出了一系列政策建议，旨在通过激励机制的完善、组织结构的优化以及信任建设与协作提升来促进知识共享。最后，本研究对知识共享的长期影响、跨行业比较、跨文化研究以及技术进步的影响等方面提出了未来研究方向。

Abstract

Thisstudyaimstoexploretheevolutionarygamemechanismofknowledgesharingamongorganizationsintheagriculturalproductsupplychainandtoconductanin-depthempiricalanalysisoftheimpactofknowledgesharingonsupplychainefficiency.Byconstructinganeconomicmodel,weanalyzedtheinfluenceoffactorssuchasthecostandbenefitsofknowledgesharing,aswellastrustandintellectualpropertyprotection,onthedecision-makingofsupplychainorganizations.Empiricalresultsindicatethatthelevelofknowledgesharingispositivelycorrelatedwithorganizationalbenefits,whilethecostofknowledgesharingisnegativelycorrelatedwiththelevelofknowledgesharing.Moreover,anincreaseintheleveloftrustandthestrengthofintellectualpropertyprotectionsignificantlypromotesknowledgesharing.Basedontheresearchfindings,aseriesofpolicyrecommendationsareproposedtopromoteknowledgesharingthroughtheimprovementofincentivemechanisms,optimizationoforganizationalstructure,andenhancementoftrustbuildingandcollaboration.Finally,thestudysuggestsfutureresearchdirectionsregardingthelong-termimpactofknowledgesharing,cross-industrycomparison,cross-culturalresearch,andtheimpactoftechnologicaladvancement.
