Inthecurrentenvironmentofincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetition,warehousemanagement,asakeylinkinthesupplychain,hasanimportantimpactontheoperationalefficiencyandcostcontrolofretailenterprises.Inthisstudy,thewarehousemanagementofDarunCitysupermarketinLuyiCountywasdeeplydiscussed,aimingatputtingforwardeffectiveoptimizationcountermeasurestoimprovetheoperationefficiencyandmarketcompetitivenessofthesupermarket.Firstofall,thisstudycomprehensivelysortedoutthecurrentsituationofwarehousemanagementinDarenchengsupermarket,andanalyzedtheproblemsexistinginoperationprocess,warehouselayoutandequipmentconfiguration.Then,combinedwiththerelevanttheoriesandmethods,putforwardthetargetedoptimizationcountermeasures.Intheaspectofoperationprocessoptimization,theoperationefficiencyandaccuracyareimprovedbysimplifyingoperationstepsandimprovingautomationlevel.Intheimprovementofwarehouselayoutplanning,thescientificlayoutdesignmethodisusedtooptimizethewarehousespaceutilizationandlogisticsefficiency.Intermsofstorageequipmentconfigurationandintegration,throughreasonableallocationandintegrationofequipmentresources,theutilizationefficiencyandoperationalefficiencyofequipmentareimproved.
