TermsofPayment支付条款

ConsignoragreesthatConsigneeshallrequireandreceivefullpaymentonthesaleoftheconsignedpropertypriortoanyobligationofConsigneetoremitpaymenttoConsignorforthesame.Uponreceivingfullpaymentforsuchsale,Consigneeshallremit,incurrencyoracheckdrawnonabank,theamountduetoConsignorunderthisAgreement:

寄售人批准，代售人应在其履行付款义务前，规定或接受在销售过程中寄售货品的全额付款。在收到所有货款后出售，代售人应当汇款，以货币或者以银行开出的支票，与寄售人在此协议如下：
