中小企业资本结构的分析
摘要：近年来，我国经济呈高速发展的趋势，而其他欧美国家不同的是，我国经济发展过程中主要以中小企业发展调整我国经济结构。由于我国在2001年正式加入世界贸易组织，促进了中国价格体系的完善和企业经营体制的转变，经济经营规模范围不断扩大，从而导致中小企业的内部资本较差，无法为企业的发展起带头作用。本文以资本结构中双MM理论为理论依据,在企业应对社会转型时及时调整的内部结构的现实情况下，再对中小企业在调整内部结构中存在的现实问题，明确中小企业在资本结构中的各种因素，确定中小企业在资本结构中的转变方式，同时针对大部分中小企业在资本转型中存在的问题提出优化建议，以此来助推中小企业在经济发展中踽踽前行。

Abstract:withtheopeningofChinaseconomysincethereformandopeningup,theeconomicdevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshasbecomeanimportantpillarofChinaseconomicdevelopment,andthehealthydevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisinseparablefromtheoptimizationofthecapitalstructureofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Atpresent,theinternalandexternaloperatingmechanismofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChinaisfarfromstandardizedandscientific.SinceModiglianiandMillerproposedtheMMtheoremthatthecostofcapitalhasnothingtodowithcapitalstructureinthe1950s,capitalstructuretheoryhasbecomeaveryimportantcontentinthefieldofcorporatefinanceandfinancialresearch.BasedonthecapitalstructureofthedoubleMMtheoryasthetheoreticalbasis,areconfrontedwithpracticalproblemsinsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesneedtooptimizethecapitalstructureofthebackground,combinedwiththeproblemsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisecapitalstructure,analysestheinfluencefactorsofthecapitalstructureofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,throughtheanalysisofinfluencefactorsofthecapitalstructureofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesandtheproblemsexistinginthecapitalstructure,andputsforwardthecorrespondingoptimizationmeasuresinviewoftheproblems,inhopestohelpsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestoadapttothecurrenteconomicsituation.
