中小企业管理会计存在的问题及研究分析
摘要：我国社会主义市场经济体系的发展离不开中小企业，中小企业在稳定就业、经济结构等方面的作用越来越突出。然而在当前阶段，大部分中小企业综合竞争力不强，内部治理不够完善，在财务管理方面对管理会计的应用不够重视，制约了企业的发展。因此构建一个完善管理会计体系，对企业的发展具有重要意义。
本文选取广州宝供投资有限公司（以下简称：GZBG公司）作为研究对象，在对管理会计工具等理论阐述的基础下，通过实地考察法了解GZBG公司当前运用的管理会计工具的状况，结合理论知识对该公司管理会计的情况进行研究分析，对此提出一些合理化建议，以此来改善该公司管理会计的应用现状，推动企业健康持续发展。

Abstract:ThedevelopingofsocialistmarketeconomysysteminChinaisinseparablefromsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,whichplayanincreasinglyprominentroleinstabilizingemploymentandeconomicstructure.However,atthisstage,theenterprisesdevelopingisrestrictedbysomeaspects,includingmostsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarenotstrongincomprehensivecompetitiveness,internalgovernanceisnotperfect,andtheapplicationofmanagementaccountinginfinancialmanagementisnotpaidenoughattention.Therefore,buildingaperfectmanagementaccountingsystemdoesgreatimportanceinthedevelopmentofenterprise.
Inthispaper,GuangzhouBaogongInvestmentisselectedastheresearchobject.Basedonthetheoreticalelaborationofmanagementaccountingtools,TounderstandthecurrentsituationofmanagementaccountingtoolsapplybyGZBGCompanythroughfieldinvestigation.AnalyzingthesituationofmanagementaccountingofGZBGCompanyincombinationwiththeoreticalknowledge,thepaperputsforwardsomerationalrecommendations,whichwillimprovetheapplicationstatusofmanagementaccountingofGZBGandfacilitatethehealthyandsustainabledevelopingofenterprises.
