Abstract:Reasonableandeffectivecostmanagementisconducivetotherationalallocationoffinancialresources,improvethemanagementabilityofexistingfunds,andmaximizetheabilityofsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.AfterenteringtheChinesemarket,Wal-MartDepartmentStoreCo.,Ltd.persistsinexploringandmovingforwardforthedevelopmentoflocalizationinChina.InordertoensurethatthelocalizationofWal-MartinChinacanbemoreperfect,withthehelpofrelevanttheoreticalknowledgeanddata,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandproblemsofWal-Martlaborcostmanagement,procurementcostcontrol,supplychainmanagementandinventorycostmanagement,andaccordingtothecompanysdevelopmentdirectionandstrategicplan.Thispapermakesacountermeasureresearchontheproblemsinthreeaspects,andputsforwardrelevantsuggestionstohelpWal-Martexploretheoptimalplanamongvariouscostmanagement,andcontinuetomaintainthedevelopmentabilityofindustryleadersinthehighlycompetitiveretailmarket.
