高质量发展背景下大城市边缘型高铁站地区

规划策略研究

——以长清站为例

摘 要 2018年4月，国务院四部门发布《关于推进高铁站周边区域合理开发建设的指导意见》，为未来高铁站周

边区域开发建设指明了方向，但在后续的实际建设中，高铁站周边发展质量不高的问题仍然存在，大城市边缘型高

铁站的区位特点决定了未来其站区发展质量不高的问题较为突出。本文以济郑高铁长清站地区规划为例，在分析了

长清站地区发展面临的主要问题后，重点研究了长清站地区高质量发展的规划策略，以期为新时期该类型高铁站地

区高质量发展提供思路。

AbstractInApril2018,thefourdepartmentsoftheStateCouncilhaveissuedthe“GuidingOpinionsonPromotingthe

RationalDevelopmentandConstructionofSurroundingAreaofHigh-speedRailwayStation”,whichclearlyindicatesthe

directionforthedevelopmentandconstructionofsurroundingareaofhigh-speedrailwaystationinthefuture.However,in

thesubsequentactualconstruction,theproblemoflowdevelopmentqualityaroundthehigh-speedrailwaystationstillexists,

andthelocationcharacteristicsofthemarginalhigh-speedrailwaystationinlargecitiesdeterminetheobviousproblemof

lowdevelopmentqualityofthestationareainthefuture.TakingtheregionalplanningofChangqingStationofJizhengHigh-

speedRailwayasanexample,thispaperanalyzesthemainproblemsinthedevelopmentofChangqingStationarea,and

focusesontheplanningstrategyofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofChangqingStationarea,aimingtoprovideideasforthehigh-

qualitydevelopmentofthistypeofhigh-speedrailwaystationareainthenewera.
