摘要
农村信用社作为农村金融改革中推广小额贷款的主力军，对于促进农业结构
调整和农民增收，改善农村信用环境，发展地方经济起到了积极的作用。只有各
级农村信用社采取有效措施，增加对农户的信贷投入并保证贷款效用的有效发
挥，才能真正意义上改善和提高农村金融服务，支持地方经济的发展。农村信用
社开办农户小额信用贷款、创建信用村(镇)工作，取得了较好的效果，但还存在
着一些问题。本文就这些问题进行分析，并就如何做好农户小额信用贷款发放工
作提出对策建议。

opentocreatethecreditvillagework,goodresultshavebeenachieved,
butsomeproblemsstillexist,suchas:theriskintheloan,loaninterest
rates,creditstrengthisweak,theanalysisoftheseproblems,onthe
presentsituationofpeasanthouseholdmicrofinance,whichiscommonand
importantproblemisanalyzedandsummarized,andaccordingtothe
understandingofthe
domesticpolicyputforwardaseriesofcountermeasures,soastomake
theruralcreditcooperativessmallloansforbetterandmorehealthy
development.
