ObjectivesMeasurethewaveformforV_ds,I_d,V_gsunderdifferentconditions(R_g,V_DC,I_dc).EvaluatetheirdV/dtanddI/dt.StudythegatedriverIC’sperformanceundersuchhighdV/dtanddI/dtcondition.Estimatetheparasiticinductanceforgatedriverloopandmaincircuitloopbasedontheoscillationoftheswitchingwaveform.StudyhowtheseparasiticparametersaffectthegatedriverICoperation.Evaluateturn-onlossandturn-offlossunderdifferentconditions(R_g,V_DC,I_dc).ExperimentDescription
ExperimentDescriptionWesummarizedallthevariablesandoutputsasshownbelow.
ExperimentDescriptionTherewillbeonespecificexperimentforeachvariables.Therelationbetweentheoutputandeachvariablewillbeevaluated.Somevariablesarecloselyrelatedtooutputs,sothestepsizeissmall.Somevariablesarenotcloselyrelatedtooutputs,sothestepsizeislarge.Thedevicetypemayalsoaffecttheoutputs.Forexample,thediodecanbebodydiodeofFETorJBSdiode.Thesefactorswillbetakenintoconsideration.
