项目工程造价的控制及管理研究

【摘要】根据工程建设的不同阶段对工程造价的控制目标进行划分，分析了项目工程造价控制与管理中常见的问题，提出规范化
和严谨化投资决策阶段的造价控制方法；在设计阶段，建议采用设计招标方式，加强设计与造价的衔接，优化工程量清单编制流程，
加快进度，并确保数据的准确性；在施工阶段应加强对施工组织的审查，确保施工方案合理并符合成本预算，强合同管理、加强监督
和审计优化竣工阶段流程。研究结论表明，在不同阶段采取相应的措施和方法，可以更好地控制和管理项目工程造价，实现项目的
成功实施和经济效益的提升。
[Abstract]Accordingtodifferentstagesofprojectconstruction,thecontrolobjectivesofprojectcostaredivided,thecommonproblemsin
projectcostcontrolandmanagementareanalyzed,andthecostcontrolmethodsofstandardizedandrigorousinvestmentdecision-makingstage
areproposed.Inthedesignstage,itissuggestedtoadoptthedesignbiddingmethod,strengthentheconnectionbetweendesignandcost,
optimizethepreparationprocessofbillofquantities,speeduptheprogress,andensuretheaccuracyofdataIntheconstructionphase,weshould
strengthenthereviewofconstructionorganization,ensurethattheconstructionplanisreasonableandinlinewiththecostbudget,strengthen
contractmanagement,strengthensupervisionandaudittooptimizethecompletionphaseprocess.Theresearchconclusionshowsthatthe
correspondingmeasuresandmethodstakenatdifferentstagescanbettercontrolandmanagetheprojectcost,achievethesuccessful
implementationoftheprojectandimprovetheeconomicbenefits.
