摘要

该毕业设计的目的是为了使家用抽油烟机不单具备基本功能，而且还能智能的报警和采取应对措施即使用传感器来针对厨房餐厅炒菜过程中出现的油烟温度高燃气温度低的特点，使用热敏电阻来检测高温度、污染较严重的烟气，而采用气敏传感器来检测低温度而造成的危险较大的液化气。当厨房里的可燃性气体和油烟到达某一浓度值时，51单片机经过感应各种传感器的状况，使风扇电机控制电路能主动启动并报警，抽油烟机吸走油烟。毕设主要对抽油烟机的可燃性气体检测模块、烟雾检测模块、温度报警模块、定时模块、显示模块、按键模块以及执行电路模块等进行了设计，配合软件分析各个模块的性能即包括控制主程序、中断按键子程序、中断报警程序、显示子程序，从而实现抽油烟机自动控制报警的功能。

本次设计的抽油烟机比较一般的抽油烟机来说通过51单片机施行控制，经过软件程序来自动控制抽油烟机的检测、报警以及处理等功能，使其具备功耗低、操作简单以及价格便宜等特点。

Abstract

Thisgraduationdesignisintendedtomakehouseholdlampblackmachinenotonlyhasthebasicfunction,butalsointelligentalarmandtakemeasurestodealwiththeuseofsensorstothekitchencookingfumesintheprocessofhightemperaturegaslowtemperaturecharacteristics.Thermalresistanceisusedtodetecthightemperature,morepollutedsmoke,andgassensorsareusedtodetectthelowerriskofliquefiedgas.Whenthecombustiblegasandsmokeinthekitchenreachacertainconcentrationvalue,the51singlechipmicrocomputersensestheconditionsofvarioussensorssothatthefanmotorcontrolcircuitcanstartandalarmautomatically,andtherangehoodabsorbsthesoot.Combustiblegasbibasedlampblackmachinemaindetectionmodule,smokedetectionmodule,temperaturealarmmodule,timingmodule,displaymodule,keyboardmoduleandexecutioncircuitmoduleisdesignedwithperformanceanalysissoftwaremodulesincludingthecontrolofthemainprogram,interruptsubroutinebutton,displaysubroutine,interruptalarmprocedures,soastorealizetheautomaticcontrolalarmfunctionoflampblackmachine.
