茶百戏，福建省南平市武夷山市传统杂技，福建省省级非物质文化遗产之一。茶百戏又称分茶、水丹青、汤戏、茶戏等等，是一种能使茶汤纹脉形成物象的民间艺术，特点是仅用茶和水不用其他的原料能在茶汤中显现出文字和图像。

茶百戏始见于唐，宋代时在闽北茶区较为流行。在宋代，人们把茶百戏与琴、棋、书并列，是士大夫喜爱与崇尚的一种文化活动。茶百戏与福建武夷山渊源颇深，宋代闽北武夷山一带，是点茶原料（团饼茶）和点茶器具（建盏）的重要产地，因此茶百戏盛行。茶百戏是在点茶基础上用清水画画的艺术，茶汤中图案的形成与点茶时茶汤的泡沫有密切关系。茶百戏可以使点茶形成的汤花瞬间显示瑰丽多变的景象，如山水云雾，状花鸟鱼虫。

2017年1月11日，“茶百戏”经福建省人民政府批准列入福建省第五批省级非物质文化遗产名录，项目编号：Ⅵ-18。
