健康教育在脑血管支架置入术后的作用

【摘要】目的探讨健康教育在脑血管支架置入术后的作用。方法摘取我院在2022年1月~2023年1月期

间收治的脑血管支架置入患者60例，通过随机抽取数字法展开分组，即观察、对照2组，每组均有30例。对比

护理成效。结果健康知识知晓占比为观察组更高，并发症则是对照组更高，对比后P0.05，有意义。干预前，

两组数据差异无统计学意义，（P0.05）。干预后，GAD-7（广泛性焦虑障碍量表）评分、PHQ-9（抑郁症状量

表）数值则是观察组更低，差异具有统计学意义，（P0.05）。结论对脑血管支架置入术后的患者实施健康教育

干预，可提高患者对脑血管支架置入术相关知识的知晓率、提高诊疗的依从性、有效减少并发症的发生，具有临

床推广意义。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofhealtheducationoncerebralvascularstentimplantation.Methods

60patientswithcerebralvascularstentimplantationadmittedtoourhospitalfromJanuary2022toJanuary2023were

randomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,with30casesineachgroup.Theawarenessrateofhealth

knowledge,psychologicalstatus,complianceandcomplicationrateofthetwogroupswereobserved.ResultsThe

awarenessrateofhealthknowledgeinobservationgroupwashigherthanthatincontrolgroup(P0.05),whichhad

statisticalsignificance.Beforeintervention,therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthescoresofGAD-7(Generalized

AnxietyDisorderScale)andPHQ-9(DepressiveSymptomScale)betweenthetwogroups(P0.05).Afterintervention,the

observationgroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thetotal

compliancerateofobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofcontrolgroup(P0.05),whichhadstatisticalsignificance.
