甲状腺手术中两种甲状旁腺自体移植技术效果研究

【摘要】目的本文将深入分析标准的切开移植法与改进的注射移植法对移植甲状旁腺的影响，从而为临床

医生提供理论依据，有助于推广甲状旁腺移植技术。方法抽取2022年1月-2023年8月期间，共有50例甲状腺

恶性肿瘤患者作为此次研究对象，各组患者25例，均知情情况下参与至A组（行传统切开移植术）与B组（行

注射移植术），比较两种手术的临床应用效果。结果两组患者术前、术后1d、术后2周阶段PTH水平并无明显

差异，（P＞0.05），B组患者术后8周、24周PTH水平均高于A组，且甲状旁腺能发挥时间及稳定时间均短于

A组，并发症发生远低于A组，两组数据差异显著，（P＜0.05）。结论临床治疗甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者中，采用

注射移植术，临床治疗效果显著，可有效改善患者病情，移植甲状旁腺成活率较高，且发挥功能及功能稳定时间

更短，并发症发生较少，临床可积极推广应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveThisarticleaimstoanalyzeindepththeeffectsofstandardincisiontransplantationand

improvedinjectiontransplantationonthetransplantationofparathyroidglands,inordertoprovidetheoreticalbasisfor

clinicaldoctorsandpromoteparathyroidtransplantationtechnology.MethodsFromJanuary2022toAugust2023,atotal

of50patientswiththyroidmalignanttumorswereselectedasthestudysubjects.25patientsineachgroupparticipatedin

GroupA(traditionalincisiontransplantation)andGroupB(injectiontransplantation)knowingly,andtheclinical

applicationeffectsofthetwosurgerieswerecompared.ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinPTHlevelsbetween

thetwogroupsofpatientsbeforesurgery,1dayaftersurgery,and2weeksaftersurgery(P0.05).PTHlevelsinGroupB

werehigherthanthoseinGroupAat8and24weeksaftersurgery,andthetimeforparathyroidfunctionandstabilitywas

shorterthanthatinGroupA.TheincidenceofcomplicationswasmuchlowerthanthatinGroupA.Thedifferenceindata

betweenthetwogroupswassignificant(P0.05).ConclusionIntheclinicaltreatmentofpatientswithmalignantthyroid
