健康教育应用于产后出血护理中的临床应用效果

【摘要】目的分析在产后出血护理中应用健康教育的效果。方法抽选在2021年3月-2023年3月内于我院

收治的产后出血者70例作为试验对象，以随机分组的方法分为对照组35例常规护理，观察组患者35例增加健

康教育，对比两组患者对产后出血知识的掌握度；对比两组产后出血量；结果观察组产后出血掌握度高于对照

组，产后2h出血人数、产后出血量低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论在产后出血护理中应用健康教育的效

果较好，可提高产妇对产后出血的认知，配合临床进行治疗和监测，同时可降低产后出血量，促进产妇尽早康复。

amountofpostpartumhemorrhagewithin2hourswerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,withsignificantdifferences

(P0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationofhealtheducationinpostpartumhemorrhagenursinghasagoodeffect,whichcan

improvetheawarenessofpostpartumhemorrhageamongparturients,cooperatewithclinicaltreatmentandmonitoring,

reducetheamountofpostpartumhemorrhage,andpromoteearlyrecoveryofparturients.

产后出血是危急的出血情况，是指产妇在将胎儿御意识和配合意识，因此需要加强健康教育。

娩出后的24h内出血的血量超过50
