尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术与Duckett传统手术治疗尿道下裂患儿的对比研究

摘要：目的对比尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术与Duckett传统手术治疗小儿尿道下裂的临床价值。方法按照手术方式将河南省儿童医院92例尿道下裂患儿（2016年10月～2018年6月期间选取）分为A组与B组，每组46例。A组行尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术，B组行Duckett传统手术。对比两组手术情况、一期手术治愈率及术后并发症发生率。结果A组手术出血量少于B组，手术用时短于B组（P＜0.05），一期手术治愈率80.43%（37/46）与B组69.57%（32/46）比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）；A组术后并发症发生率8.70%（4/46）低于B组23.91%（11/46）（P＜0.05）。结论尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂，较Duckett传统手术创伤小、用时短，且术后并发症发生率低，但两种术式在一期手术治愈方面无明显差异。
